Where to buy Clematis online.

Poulsbo, WA(Zone 8b)

I would like to plant some hydrangeas this fall, but all the local nurseries and box stores do not have any Cityline Hydrangeas available. Are there any recommendations for online sources for Cityline? Thank you for any help. Mary

I purchased mine from Bluestone early this spring (at $6.98 no less). They only have Paris but I was looking for red anyway to go with forever and ever Red Sensation for my red and white garden.

I believe that Garden Crossings had a good selection of cityline.

Garden Crossings was my first thought too, they've got a number of the Cityline ones and their quality is very good.

Thank you so much for your responses, even though I spaced out and wrote Clematis in the heading. I have been so focused on clematis, it is time to make space for some other great flowers. Thanks again.

grow some bigger hydrangeas so you can plant clems to grow through them:)

I have Royal Velours growing in my Annabelle.

Just for fun - Have you ever grown Clematis tangutica 'Goledn Tiara'? It's a fabulous vigorous vine that from mid summer on is covered with purple centered yellow blooms. You cut it back late winter to about 1' and it can grow 15' easily in a season. Wonderful for a trellis or arbor.

If you've got any clematis you find outstanding please share.

Thank you for the suggestions. Growing clems in larger hydrangeas is a great idea. I would love to find Royal Velours, I have been told that it is going to be difficult to find in the near future. I have not seen Golden tiara, it sounds wonderful. I have many "baby" clematis. In another year I many be able to give opinions of some I feel are outstanding. Right now I am working on growing there roots. I think the Viticella's are going to be very special. Like bookreader's Royal Velours....envy!!!

I think it is one I picked up at Lowes as a one gallon early this spring.

I would check joy creek next spring. They are sold out now.
