Antibiotics giving me fits.

I took a round of Antibiotics a few mnths ago, I went off them after taking all of them, and then got a bladder infection. Took Antibiotics again to clear that up, and now my system is all messed up.

I'm currently taking probiotics and Now the Bladder infection is coming back again.

I'm not going back on antibiotics again to clear it out.

I'm tryin g to flush it out with lots of water. Is that good enough to get rid of it?

What do you recommend?
