Bill has been upgraded to Hurricane Bill overnight. Looks like the northeast will get yet more rain by the weekend, but unless the track changes it doesn't look like the southeast will get a landfall hit.
Oh boy. I hope it keeps that path and does not make landfall. I have a BIL who is in Cuba for the next 2 weeks. Oddly enough, his name is Bill.
