what kind of price am I looking at to have someone quilt something for me? Do they charge by the size, square inch, design, or what? I love some of the detailed quilting designs like feathers and wreaths, even some of the fancy stippling, but I'm not up to hand quilting more than just outlining or whatever. I haven't checked here in my area yet, just wondering what the norm is....
