Has anyone had experience with planting reblooming Iris or azaelia's? I am considering buying some for my daughter in law, but I've only ever grown the old fashioned bearded Iris. My grandaughters love blooms so the rebloomers seemed like a good investment. There is a grower on DG marketplace that has some for sale.
Reblooming Iris and Azaelia's
I have reblooming iris and they are grown the same way the old fasionined bearded iris is. Planted the same way and everything. You just need to cut the flower stalk down after the first bloom in spring.
I never had a lot of luck growing azaelias for some reason. That was at my old city house downstate though. Haven't tried it up here. Good luck.
