I can't believe we are almost at the end of July already. Summer hasn't even started here , we still have 40's & 50's at night!!
We're coming from here. http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1015411/#new
Toad Lily 'Golden Leopard'
Garden Photo's 09 ...... #35
Thanks for the new thread Pixie
The photos were great! Some very nice combos! Jo Ann, both you & Karen have that lovely dark, bright monarda---I'm pulling out the wimpy variety I have (pale lavendar) & replacing it with that color. Karen's DLs are fantastic---some are posted on the community forums thread. Victor, that dark JM & light green plant next to it was super--the poor bird, though, looks like he needs the berries. Too rainy to take any pics today.
Pixie, love the shape of Mistress!
'Mistress is only 10-12" tall! She's cute as a button!
very nice celeste!
i'll let victor comment on the shape of the mistress :) my guess is "cute as a button" would not be the choice of words.
they really do stand out
So many beauties, Celeste! I'm really loving the dark ones.
Funny how Night Dreams is soon followed by Mistress.
(Must be a subliminal thing...)
Nice toad lily Pixie, I think the lousy squirrel dug up mine last year, (forgot to ask him permission).
Am coffee is just what I was thinking ngam! Nice little nook Victor!
BTW Long time no C! Good to see you ngam, nice sunny shot!
No blue muffins & no sun here today but plenty of Elderberries for the Orioles in a few weeks, (10x10' bush)...
Nice size bush, Will!
Pixi did you know Dallas Star is considered a spider type?
I planted it this year and hope it blooms next summer.
I like green throats, can you tell? ^_^
Great Shot Allison!! The bee's nice too.
