Your little guy looks just like the ones that I have, Cope's Gray Tree Frogs. If you notice a flash of bright yellow on it's underside - - that's what it is.

I didn't see it's belly...it stayed tucked up all day and was gone the next day. Had a wee hint of pale green(green/grey) on it's cute lil tuccus(behind). I see a lot of lil green tree frogs and leopards around here but this was a first grey frog I've see in the yard.
