kwanzan cherry leaves bumpy, curled tight + distorted

This photo is what used to be the tip of our cherry tree. When I opened one leaf--hard to do without cracking the leaf -- there appeared to be mold or maybe webbing. The rest are clean but there are what look like dead aphids in another, but it is hard to tell. The leaves are bumpy from constricted veins, like cellulite.

Thanks for any suggestions. We have three trees so would like to know.

We had a wonderful Kwanzan for several years. The webbing I see (and I am no expert) might be spider mites. It is similar to what I experience on roses grown indoors. Here is an article that may help you to identify your pest.
