Echoes your right! I remember planting that three years ago and nothing ever happened,we have had so much rain this year that must have made some difference in the growing of it,I even wrote to the company I got it from and told them it did not grow last year they said to bad you have had it for over a year no refund or replacement.Thanks for jogging my memory.

Martagons often pout for a year after they are planted. sometimes longer. It would do better if it didn't have to compete with the Bishop's Goutweed. Looks like it has a bit of botrytis too. A clump of marties is a beautiful sight.
