With the help of DG, this pretty perennial was identified as Ladybells or Adenophora confusa. Is this plant nativive to North America? Is it native to the Northeast. Thanks.
Are Ladybells (Adenophora confusa) native?
I guess not, the USDA site doesn't list it, and another site says it's from E. Asia.
Campanulas are very similar to Adenophoras... Campanula rotundifolia is native to New Hampshire and much of the US, you might like it. I started seeds last winter but they're off to a slow start.
