Hi everyone!
Here are a few pics from my garden this morning.
Neal....these popppies are all from you!! Thank you so much!!! They are just beautiful!!! I will be saving seed as well as letting some fall.
#1 I'm not sure what kind of annual poppies these are...maybe Neal can tell us?
Some new flower pictures!
Marcy we have #3 also.
It's just setting seed.
Ric
Well, I NEED it..... =o)
Well today, another pink poppy is blooming...but different from that one! Getting ready to go away..but will try and get a pic later of the new one.
Yep that's it!
I thought we were only getting one bloom and it popped a new one today to welcome the girls.
Any ID?
Ric
Marcy that is beautiful
I don't have any luck with poppies
Pauletta
Nope..no ID. Hoping Neal will see this...and maybe he can. Came from him!
Marcy, #7 is not an ice plant. It is a sedum that I have started to treat like a weed. It makes itself at home anywhere you put it and just spreads.
Beautiful Marcy!! (of course , your pics always are)!
I don't know how I'd missed this thread Marcy! That first Poppy is a Shirley Poppy (Papaver Rhoeas). #2 and #4 I think are Lauren's Grape. I've just been out seed collecting, thinking about next years Poppies.
I WANT SOME!! I WANT SOME!!LOL Hi Neal!
Hey Neal..that's ok. Do you happen to know what the last pink one is? It looks different from no. 3? Or is that just a variation?
I need to get pics of my hydrangeas right now. They are just beautiful...except one bush is making it hard to see to get out of the driveway...lol!
Hiya Sandy! I've been saving plenty of seed.
Marcy, those pinks are variations of the same one, I get some single fringed blooms, some fully double ones, and every thing between. Those were given to me by a friend who's Aunt had grown them for many years, and we've just called them Aunt Frances' Poppy, LOL.
More pics Marcy!! lol
I wish I could grow containers the way you do. mine just look miserable right now :~(
