kiwi question

Brookline, MA(Zone 6a)

I'm not sure where to post this question but since some kiwis are tropical I'll try here. Four years ago I got a couple of kiwi plants at the Society Row plant sale at Mass Hort (I'm in Brookline, MA). They bloomed the following year and I discovered they were both male. I ordered a female (red beauty) but after two years it has yet to bloom. Last year I bought another female, September sun, and it bloomed this year but about four weeks ago. The males have buds but it will be another week at least before they open. The female flowers are long gone.

Does anyone have experience growing kiwis here and if so, do you have any advice on synchronizing my plants? The vines are all beautiful and the male leaves change to have a nice silver hue but I thought it would be way to cool to pick my own kiwis. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

You have to have compatible male and female kiwi plants, that is, they bloom and produce pollen at the same time. You will need to get more information on and the name of your two males.
