I used to do it in the Spring and by the time I got to the end, there were to much growth that I had to cut around. Foliage left in the Fall does not serve plants in any way except harbor bugs. I wonder who came up with the idea of cutting in the spring. I know someone who uses a weed eater in the Fall. |
