I received leaf of this violet last year. It was sitting on the bottom tray and sort of neglected. Two weeks ago I pulled the tray out and noticed buds on this particular violet. The leaves are tremendous, but very long and sparse. I guess it was not getting enough light down there. Now it is sitting on the middle shelf taking up so much room because of it's long leaves.
