In the meantime, I have a question,and since you are an expert on Morning Glories it looks like I came to the right place. I planted 2 hanging planters of Japanese Morning Glories this spring. They are all filled out in vines, but no flowers at all. Am attaching pictures. I have them in the shade because when I put them in the sun they didn't grow and almost wilted all the time.

If you can help me I would appreciate it. Also, I gave them Bloom fertilizer once.
