This Cathedral Deep Blue Salvia is very, very dark blue, no doubt about that. No purple undertones here! I also have Corydalis Blue Heron, which is a very nice blue flower, but the snails ate off my flowers just the other day! Bad snails! The foilage sure is a nice contrast to everything else, though, because it carries that blue tint as well.
