I potted up some more seedlings about 6 months old and have to start watching some of the Bills. They are going beserk 2months old and 2"high, unbelievable. About that Ae gigantea, I think the angle of the pic could have disguised some details.1 it has spines resembling blanchies. It has red spots on the lower outer basal leaves. It has seed pods on instead of a flower. It is basically tubular in shape more so than a blanchie but they are similar This is how I bought it on Sunday from Rockhampton on my way home. I had a look at fcbs site and the pics there are at a different stage of development so I am still resistant to change it's name as yet. I have some more pics of it tonight. Just gotta love N gold medal. Have a good one. Ian Pic 1 Ae gigantea base Pic 2 Ae gigantea seed pods Pic 3 Deuterochnea |
