Several plants from Pepper are doing foreground duty in that pic with the weedfabric. Ever seen so many yard waste sacks full of leaves, and I'm not done raking!?
There's that black mulch, I think it angered folks!
I might dig that Peony up today, it rained so the ground is soft.
