I wonder if the fact that it's a double makes it hard for the bees (or other insects) to pollinate it; perhaps you have to don your bee suit and pollinate this one yourself :-) Here are some immature seedpods on mine; the small one at bottom right fell off because it's empty, but the other two contain ripening seeds.
