Tomatoes & Peppers: Tomatoes are getting funk, wilting, and dying away...Help!, 1 by slopesower

The tops of the plants are still green and growing, with blossoms, but I think that the plants are stunted and I fear that the plants will give up and completely wilt. I sprayed them with "Safer 3 it 1" which has the OMRI seal and it might have slowed it down.

Any advice out there for us?
