The tall blue flowers in this picture are peach leaf bellflowers. I love them. I also have some in my cutting garden - they make excellent cut flowers. I'm in zone 6b, and they seem to do just fine. I do stake them by putting multiple stakes around them while they are still small, and then making a grid-ish sort of thing with twine. Otherwise, they will get a bit floppy.
