I just added a tin of pie apricots to the cake mix and it makes a great moist cake...I keep your Mango recipe for dessert and the apricot one for anytime... Karen, I would be steaming too...especially after she made the appointment.....still if she was ill herself what can you do.......thank goodness my doctor doesn't get out of bed for appointments at that time...he's too busy chasing his kids to get them ready for school..lol |
