I've tried using high quality compost, regular bagged store bought potting soil, using rooting hormone, no hormone, sticking them in the sandy soil in the yard, in good soil in the yard ... nothing has worked for me. It begins to bloom the end of October every year and will bloom until late December. This is what it looked like on Nov. 15, 2008 ... so heavy with blooms it was weighing the branches down to the ground! |
