Garden Pests and Diseases: Can anyone tell me what these little buggers are?, 1 by dsid

I will be bringing it inside any day now with the cold weather upon us and am hoping to get some natural pollination & growth with the waning warm days. These tiny black bugs are on the flower & I do not know if I bring them in the house covered in bugs if I will inherit the bugs until the end of time. I am in Western Montana Thanks!
