Neal, your latest pics on thread #4 were fabulous. I am so enamored of blue spruces but they don't grow in my area. Only a few conifers like our humidity. So, I'm a little envious. Seems ridiculous for me to complain about heat as I live in it. but what is particularly disturbing this year is that we had a looooong spring (that is good) but then it just went from 80 to 98 almost overnight and steady. We had no easying into our hellacious summers. The tropicals are loving it and taking center stage, but the lilies have sort of shyed (sp?) away.

This was making me sad because you all were posting such great pics and I had nothing to show. Well, I have a few this morning. This is the white Stargazer growing thru rosa Souv. de la Malmaison.
