Clematis: Clematis 'Venosa Violacea' Question, 1 by beckygardener

But it had a good root system - which I discovered during transplanting it! This little vine actually bloomed after being transplanted into a bigger container about 2 months after I got it. BTW - I am brand new to growing Clematis. I didn't even think they would grow well in my hot zone! My photo is proof that they do!!! :-)
