Neal, wonderful lilies ^-^ Funny that you seem to be right behind me on your blooms for just about everything as we move from south to north.

I noticed a kind of spotting on one of my Tamburos similar to that of that last pink lily you said was going into the scrap heap...I am trying to discern if mine has a virus - or a virus worth worrying about....one of my LA Tamburos I got from B&D a couple years ago. I guess I will need to pull it as well. Hard to see in the picture but look at the blooms in the left foreground of the attached - some dark stains like yours - think that's a virus?

Thing is, I did some reading last night on lily viruses and seems nearly all of them carry some sort oif virus, it's just when they're "overinfected" it starts ot be a problem and they show symptoms - an analogy was made to a person carrying multiple diseases at once making them very sick. I don't know if I want to overreact and yank anything that could remotely be a virus but also don't want to risk infecting other plants with something that could do them a lot of damage.

Any words of wisdom, anyone?
