Irises: Calling SDB fans....need an id on a distinctive iris, 1 by Cheesy

I went back to catalog at the source and looked at their entire SDB listing trying to figure out what it actually was. No luck. Of course I could contact the grower but I have a feeling they won't know and also this is too busy a time of year to be asking them for an id. If I can't figure it out I may contact them in autumn. I was thinking this pattern looks like Violet Lulu but there is no reason they would have been growing a cultivar that old in their commercial stock.
Is there something more modern in this pattern that anyone knows of? Thanks for any help.
