The ground cover with the "Kim" is mondo grass. I love the stuff. It doesn't need mowing and I can walk on it so I use it as 'paths' in the perennial beds so I can get in there to weed etc.

Connie - beautiful plantings as usual. I'm a little concerned about the placement of the tree though. In a couple of years you may not be able to get by it as it's so very close to the path.
