Widget as a 'baby'. The rust color is just that, rust, a discoloration due to iron in the water in his birth home. That is gone now: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid=1933135

Below is a more recent shot. Widget is actually a 'he' though, but understandably everyone considers him a 'she'. He was very happy to hear that you asked about him. Sometimes he gets pretty jealous of those 'annoying' raccoons. They seem to get so much attention around here.
