I've been tempted to find some from this series - 'Summer Blues' is a lighter blue and there's even a white one - can't remember the name right now - they were specifically bred for heat tolerance and should do well with our heat and humidity. I planted D. grandiflorum 'Butterfly Blue' last fall and it's been blooming for over a month! This "true blue" is gorgeous.
