My yellow cat emerged from his chrysalis today. It looks to me like a male Orange-Barred Sulphur. He was a large butterfly and quite handsome! The yellow with orange bands on the top wings is sooooo pretty! I hope I get many more of these butterflies in my yard! He used my Privet Cassia as a host plant, which was the first time that I noticed that plant being used as a host plant by cats. He ate strictly the flowers.
