Rann, not all parts of L.A. are as windy as where I am, but on the other hand, there are some parts that are even windier. In the fall the winds are warm and tolerable, but now they are cold and getting old. It really isn't all that nice out - certainly not as nice as 60F and sunny should be. Everyone is getting colds and I think it is due to the dry air.
