I have a few variegated ginkgos (got them last year). New grafts and one has been most challenging. Of course it's the most interesting of the lot. It's leaves are long and narrow and the coloration is much more streaked. This spring the new growth is extremely "spindly" and fragile. Does anyone know if I can give it some kind of boost to give it a better chance? The others are just growing away but this one is struggling. The leave stems seem to constrict at some point and then they crease and wither. I've seen quite a few variegated versions but this one is certainly different. I'd had to see it perish.
