Tropicals & Tender Perennials: Need advice on rooting Senna and Callistemon, 1 by TomH3787

I want to root some Senna corymbosa and Callistemon 'Woodlander's Hardy Red' to give away this fall. So far I have not had much luck. I have tried both ways (green and woody) with 50/50 potting mix and perlite, cuttings dipped in rooting hormone powder, but so far they have not taken.
