Fruits and Nuts: Help with Meyer Lemon, 1 by WillowWasp

It did really well the first couple of weeks and the all of a sudden I noticted that some of the leaves were turing yellow and falling off. I have lost maybe a third of the leaves and all the newest blooms and tiny lemons are falling off to...........What could the problem be?? This is just a photo of what it did look like. I will have to get one tomorrow of what it looks like now.
