I’ve googled to the best I can find, but I only see posts of tomatoes that are multiple pedicels/flowers, rather than a single bloom with what seems like three stigma. It’s an Amish paste variety, and fruits are only about the size of golf balls right now. The plant and other cluster flowers are growing normally. This just seems unusual to me.
