Beginner Gardening: Why is my lavender drooping?, 1 by LittleGardenBat

I only watered it once when I repotted it. I used the rocks on the bottom and miracle grow moisture control potting so mix with some cactus soil and a tiny bit of lime.

I thought maybe the rocks on the bottom were messing it up and actually not letting the water drain so today I removed them and added some perlite to the mix. The soil on the bottom was just a little bit wet from when I watered it 2 weeks ago.

Any ideas of what’s going on?
