As any plant prune dead flowers and leaves. In some situations an issue is getting the leaves wet so always water from the base if possible, some of mine I cant help it. They are super easy to propagate! Find someone with a live one with extra bottom leaves. Take as many as they can spare as you will fail a few times. Take the leaf from the base, cut the leaf in half (cut the end off), plant it in moist soil and dont let it dry out as much as the adults but dont let it stay wet(I fail at this a lot). Eventually you will get new leaves like my smallest one here. Pots.. I got those little ceramic pots for 1.27 a piece at Menards and they are amazing for African violets. hope this helps! |
