Surrounding the post are:

- a 6 foot high \"Culver\'s Root\"

- a stand of \"Blue Paradise\" Phlox

- a stand of \"Becky\" Shasta Daisy

- a \"Tuff Stuff\" hydrangea

and finally

- aster frikartii \"monch\"
