Bumper crop of everything. 2 big bins of potatoes, I hope will sell over the winter. People don't realize the difference between super market potatoes & home grown ones. They think they can only buy small amounts or they will spoil. True with ones from stores because they are kept so cold. When stored right they keep a long time. Sweet potatoes are getting more popular. Had a huge crop & wondered what to do with all of them. Now I am almost sold out. Soon it will be time to order seeds & then start them for another year. |
