Garden Pests and Diseases: Mint leaves having brown/black spots, 3 by dadapalo

After couple of weeks all the leaves are having these brown spots, and the plant doesnt have the nice mint smell at all :( I watered it quite frequently, and its outside on the south facing balcony, so it gets full sun all day. What is happening to the plant? Can i still save it or should I just start my mint project over?
