Hated to do it but it was dying and never did do well in my heavy clay soil. I replaced it with a Smoke Tree, I've wanted one for years and it should look really good down there and planted on the north side of the garden won't shade any of the Veggies. I'm going to put the honeysuckle with the bicycle trellis in this bed. I also have been planting daffs in here and should have some crocus later to add to the bed.
We need to edge the front of the bed but probably won't do that until next spring.
