Can anyone help me identify what has happened to my Weeping Willow? These red/pink "tumors" started at the very base of the trunk and have moved up to the branches. When I scrape one off, it is almost like a fruit inside but not squishy. They are multiplying rapidly but the rest of the tree looks very healthy. Is this curable? I feel like this tree is one of my pets and I'm in a panic to know if this is serious. Very appreciative of any help. Zone 7b
