Unfortunately, when I found the alfalfa, they didn't have the pellets, just cubes. I think that pellets would be easier to work with. I thought it was a great idea, but after I spent half hour to forty five minutes playing with the dog outside I thought it was a better idea to lay on the couch and admire my garden!
