i ignored my brocoli unitil today, its over 60 degrees and beautiful . the brocoli had heads and side shoots but all the leaves had wilted. when i pulled the plant what looked like white specks covered the soil and flew around the air. i ve never seen this but the closest thing i could find was root maggots. can anyone help me
